The pieces are made of a hard plastic, similar to Bakelite, and the graphics are applied via a 4 color heat transfer process, which fuses the images to the plastic in a way that makes them very scratch resistant and waterproof.One set of GeekUp tokens for Wingspan includes 105 tiles for the base game and 40 tokens for the European expansion, all 20mm pearlescent circles that are 4mm deep:

Interested in Wingspan: Asia? That expansion comes with an additional 81 tokens of the original five food tokens, which are only used if you play with 6-7 players in Flock mode. Simply buy two sets of the BGG GeekUp tokens to cover that mode if you wish. You can also play with 4-5 players using the birds from Asia cards and/or the two-player Duel mode with only a single set of these GeekUp bits.
