Whether with hiking boots, bicycle wheels or a river paddle, these tenacious travelers seek to feed their insatiable appetite for adventure. With a picturesque wilderness always ahead of them and a freshly blazed trail on their heels, it's important not to forget to eventually find your way back to camp. Because there are always new environments to explore, more expeditions to undertake and more trails to blaze.Gameplay
In Trailblazers, players compete to earn the most points by building biking, hiking and kayaking trails from their campsites of the corresponding trail type. On each turn, players receive eight trail cards from which they draw two cards, place them in their personal area and pass their hand to the next player three times. Cards must be placed next to or overlapping other cards. Although players can try their luck at building long, elaborate trails, only closed loops that start and end at a corresponding campsite will score points. Players also compete to complete the “First to” and “End of Game” objective cards. After four rounds, the game ends and the player with the most points from closed loops and objective cards wins.The Travel Edition includes the Animal expansion, but no PVC cards.)
